These are the pages I did this weekend  - Lindsay came over and we scrapped on Friday evening as well as all day at Tichfield.
This one is of Simon's new role in IT First - he created a birthday card and a screen cloth to make people aware of the company and has been interviewed for a networking magazine, so I thought a page was definitely warranted!
One of my favourite things about Summer is my garden and I think the perfect way to start the day is with breakfast in the garden in the sun!

I watched a program on Channel 4 about Castle Goring, a building that has always piqued my curiosity as  I drive past on my way to Worthing. I told Amy about it and she hadn't seen the program and didn't know where the Castle was, so well hidden is it, so I tried to describe the point in the road where she needed to peer through the trees as she drove along the dual carriageway!
Luckily before anyone got hurt Amy spotted an advert for a wedding fair so we went and had a good look at this amazing building -castle at the front, Palladian mansion at the back, as it is restored to look amazing for luxury weddings!
Here's another Summer photo - Hannah spinning at the playground after a walk along the beach and a disappointing visit to the butterfly farm. She loved the spinning, so Andy and Clare pushed her faster and faster, then, when it stopped, she felt really rather sick!!
This is Simon on his friend's stag weekend! They all had stag tattoos, but Amy says it's fine because it looks like Rudolf!!

My final offering this weekend is of us all at Marwell, a brilliant day at the zoo in spite of the drizzle! We went with Jean, my cousin, David, my brother, and his family, but this is our little branch - Simon, me, Amy and Nicola!
Now I need to do some school work!!

Here are some more of my pages, first one of all the family at Chessington, probably in 1999.

Thisis much more recent - Lindsay and I at the Health Centre waiting and getting bored!

These are of Simon and Nicola on the rides at Thorpe Park - Amy and I were in charge of the bags!

Lindsay and I at Denman's persevering with the selfie stick!

I think I might put more layouts here because then people who aren't scrappers, Amy, can see them!!

Sunday 22nd May

Another lovely weekend with Amy, Simon and Nicola!
The subject of the cats was broached again - I should explain, these two special rescued cats were brought to mine to cheer me up and keep me company (in fact they are very independent and just cover everything in hair, but they try!). The plan was that they would return to Amy's at a later date, possibly after the extension was finished, possibly before but they have settled in so well and are so much calmer that it soon became apparent that they would be fostered long term!  A few times I've asked about the future plans but always been told that they were going home  - until today when I was assured that I was under no pressure (?) to keep them, they could go back to the rescue centre (as if!!) but that they were clearly going to be unhappy to go back to Amy's, so that's it! I now have two cats who are scared of everything! Marley has finally learned that her reflection in the mirror is not dangerous, and, on that slim evidence, I think they may slowly develop enough skills to be allowed into the garden without supervision!
I have completed all my work for school and tidied the garden insofar as I have cut the bluebells down and dead-headed the pansies, oh and written a list of tasks for half term so I am now free to scrap a couple of photos of Simon and Nicola dancing in the rain!

Friday 20th

Last night I completed my layout of Bobby and I - I was demonstrating my selfie stick using my usual TRex arms technique and got these photos!

Then I remembered I have some other great layouts that I could share...
This is Simon fixing the shed....
..and Nicola posing on a trip out with Simon!

Thursday 19th May

Today I am experimenting.
I would like a blog to add my scrapbook layouts, my thoughts about the day and anything else that comes to mind!

This is a photo of me, taken with my infamous selfie stick!
